Started back in 2015 with a humble beginning of the love and passion for baking,
Aartisan Baking Academy wanted to share this zeal for baking with the community
around the neighbourhood of Kuala Lumpur. 

Since then, we have grown strong to be The Leading Baking Academy & Artisan Cake Shop in Kuala Lumpur.

Our History

Chef Prema Mathibalan Is A Cakes & Patisserie Expert With Years Of Teaching Experience. She Comes From A Backgorund Of Cakes & Patisseries Ecpertise, And She Exudes Extraordinary Skills In Creating And Making Royal Icing Wedding Cakes, Amongst Other Patisserie Products. Chef Prema Mathibalan Has Been Baking From The Age Of 14 With The Guidance From Her Mother. Alongside, She Has Also Completed A 1-Week Fondant Making Course At Wilton, London. She Later Went On To Do Master In Royal Icing & Fondant With PME London. Moving Forward, She Also Completed A Master In Chocolate Making With Lembaga Koko Malaysia.

Currently She Is A Certified TTT Under HRDCorp And Has Completed Culinary Entreprenuership Course.
